Guaranteed Lowest Price Policy
Our Guaranteed Lowest Price Policy, a Compass Furniture exclusive, ensures that no other furniture store in New Orleans offers better values day in and day out. If you’re quoted a lower price on any item we offer at any store in the New Orleans area, we will gladly match the price for 30 days from purchase. All of this is backed up by 90 days same as cash financing, easy pickup or delivery, and a store warranty that will inspire your confidence.
Return Policy
If a customer is not satisfied with their furniture purchase we will gladly exchange or return any item not special-ordered within three days of delivery or pick-up. Note: This excludes bedding due to to sanitation laws.
Special Orders
Special order merchandise is not subject to cancellation as it is merchandise we do not carry on our floor.
